Place an order

• Choose your desired product(s). Do you need help? Please contact us for personal advice
• Add the products to your shopping cart and check if all your products have been added correctly.
• Enter your details and create an account (this is not required).
• Double check all your details and complete your order.
• Click on ‘checkout’ and choose a payment method. Once your payment has been completed you will receive a confirmation of your order.

View your order status

Do you want to view the status of your order? Go to the order overview in your account and check the latest status of your order.

Change or cancel your order

It is possible to change or cancel orders until they have been processed by us. Please contact our support department directly. If you want to cancel the order, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 5 business days.
