Return policy

Is your purchase not what you were looking for? Please notify us within 14 days after you received your purchase. After registering your return, you still have 14 days to return the product(s) to us. Please make sure your return meets the following conditions:

• The product is in original condition and undamaged.
• The product has the original labels and tags.
• (If reasonably possible) return in original packaging.
• You have the invoice or another proof of purchase.

Understandably, we cannot accept your return if the products are used or damaged.

Returns

• All ordered products have a cooling-off period of 14 days.
• After registering your return, you still have 14 days to return your purchase.
• You can return your purchase via any delivery service to the address below.
• The costs for the return shipment are for your own account.
• For fast and correct processing, it is important that you inform us by e-mail of your return (including your account number).
• Once we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail.

We will refund the entire purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after registering your return. We may wait with your refund until we have received your return or until you have shown your return has been sent to us.

Returns are at the risk of the buyer. This means that House of Bags is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Always ask for a proof of shipment and keep it well!
