Damaged / incorrect products

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product, or does your order not meet the quality requirements? Our sincere apologies for this. Please report this to our support department as soon as possible. We are happy to sort it out for you!

As soon as we have received your return, we will ensure that you receive the desired product in good condition as soon as possible. Obviously, your return is free of charge.

Complaints

We do everything to ensure that you are satisfied with House of Bags. If you still have any complaints or if you are not satisfied with our service, we would like to hear from you. We will do our utmost to take away the displeasure by finding an appropriate solution together.

Where can you contact us with your complaints?

You can report your complaint by sending us an e-mail to support@dsignloyalty.com or by using the contact form on the website. In both cases we strive to process your complaint within a day. You will always receive a substantive response within 14 days.

Warranty period

The legal warranty applies to the products purchased at Sportr. This means that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.

Is your product broken and do you think this is due to a product or manufacturing defect? We would like to check whether it is within the warranty period and conditions, which is a free service of House of Bags. For this service, you need a proof of purchase.

If your product is broken due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs, the warranty will be void.
