Delivery with MyParcel

Sportr cooperates with MyParcel. Together we strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Usually this is the next business day, but sometimes it takes an extra day. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from the delivery service with all shipping and tracking details. You can also check the current status of your order in the order overview in your account.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to your neighbours. If the delivery to your neighbours is also unsuccessful, the carrier will try again later. If the delivery of your order is still not possible, it will be returned and we will contact you about another delivery time or location.

Tip! Are you often not at home? You can choose to have your package delivered to your work, family or friends. Please enter a different delivery address during checkout.

Delivery time

We strive to deliver orders within 2 business days. Orders placed before 05:00 PM (from Monday until Friday) are shipped the same day.

Free shipping

All orders are delivered free of charge within the Netherlands. The price for shipment to other countries are calculated during checkout and varies based on your county.

Delayed delivery

We strive to process and send orders within the indicated delivery time. Sometimes we may not be able to deliver your order on time. If a delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
